Account Access

Use app.fiatsend.com to access a recipient wallet and console.fiatsend.com for a business account.

Recipient wallet​

If you receive a payout and do not yet have an account, follow the secure onboarding link sent to you. You may be asked to verify information before you can access all features or settlement options.

If you already have an account, sign in through the official Fiatsend app. Do not use links sent by an unknown person, and never give a verification code to someone else.

Business access​

Your organization controls who can access Fiatsend Console. Each team member should use an individual, company-managed account. Ask your organization administrator to add or remove access.

Trouble signing in​

Start with the account-recovery steps on the sign-in screen. If you believe someone else has accessed your account, contact Support as soon as possible.
