Fiatsend rewards active participants — users, agents, and merchants — through referral bonuses, in-app missions, and loyalty tiers. The rewards program is designed to grow the Fiatsend network organically while giving back to the people who use and promote the platform.

Rewards Program

The Fiatsend rewards program has three pillars: referrals, missions, and loyalty.

Referral Bonuses

Every Fiatsend user gets a unique referral link accessible from Settings → Referral in the FiatsendOne app. When someone signs up using your link and completes their first transaction, both you and the new user earn a bonus.

How It Works

  1. Share your referral link via SMS, WhatsApp, social media, or any channel.
  2. The new user clicks the link and creates a Fiatsend account.
  3. The new user completes their first qualifying transaction (conversion, payout, or payment).
  4. Both the referrer and the new user receive their bonus automatically.

Agents and merchants with large networks can significantly boost their earnings through referrals. Combine referral outreach with in-person onboarding for the highest conversion rates.

In-App Missions

Missions are small, time-limited tasks that encourage users to explore platform features. Completing a mission earns points or direct bonuses. Examples of missions include:

  • First Payout — Complete your first mobile money payout and earn bonus points.
  • Verify Your Identity — Upgrade your MobileNumber NFT to Level 1 or Level 2.
  • Invite 3 Friends — Refer three users who each complete a transaction.
  • Merchant First Sale — Accept your first QR payment as a merchant.
  • Weekly Active — Make at least one transaction per week for four consecutive weeks.

Missions are refreshed periodically. Check the Rewards tab in the FiatsendOne app to see currently active missions and your progress.

Loyalty Tiers & Points

The loyalty program rewards sustained platform usage over time. Points are earned through transactions, missions, and referrals, and they accumulate toward loyalty tiers.

Loyalty tiers reset annually. Points earned in one year do not carry over to the next, but any tier benefits earned during the year remain active until the reset date.

Community Channels

Fiatsend maintains active community channels where users, developers, agents, and merchants can connect, ask questions, share feedback, and stay informed about platform updates.

X (Twitter) Spaces

Fiatsend hosts regular X Spaces sessions covering topics like platform updates, partner announcements, financial literacy, and open Q&A with the team. Follow @fiaborEric and the Fiatsend accounts for announcements about upcoming Spaces.

Periodic webinars dive deeper into specific topics like:

Feature requests are triaged by the product team and prioritized based on user impact, alignment with the platform roadmap, and technical feasibility.
